Langton's Ant

Langton's ant is a 2D ceullular automaton that simulates an ant moving around. The simulation follows very simple rules from which interesting behaviour emerges. Every turn, the ant (pink square) turns, flips the color of the cell and moves forward. The direction of the turn is based on the color of the cell the ant is on:

• When on a white square, it turns 90 degrees clockwise.
• When on a black square, it turns 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
